Conflict Minerals Policy Statement

Kinemotive Corporation is committed to acting in a socially and environmentally responsible manner, to complying with the law, and to supporting our customers' businesses. We support the goal of the Dodd-Frank Act of preventing armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and adjoining countries from benefitting from the sourcing of conflict minerals.

Kinemotive does not directly purchase any raw conflict minerals (tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold) and is many levels removed from the mines, smelters and refiners that produce them. We work with our suppliers to improve traceability and expect them to source only "DRC Conflict Free" materials.

This commitment reflects the same standard of integrity we apply to every component we manufacture — where perfection is an everyday standard. The full policy, including our supplier code and grievance mechanism, is available below.
